Why fixed-price instead of hourly?
Hourly billing punishes both of us — you for speed, us for detail. Fixed prices mean we scope carefully up front and everyone knows what we're building before we start.
What's NOT included at each tier?
Launch doesn't include custom design beyond the template, extra pages beyond what the template ships with, or integrations. Growth covers most integrations up to a reasonable scope — if you need CRM sync, advanced workflows, or custom admin tools, you're in Custom territory.
Can I upgrade from Launch to Growth later?
Yes. Many clients start at Launch to get live, then hire us again for a Growth engagement 6–12 months later. You keep everything we built.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Launch: 50% upfront / 50% on go-live. Growth: 40% / 30% / 30%. Custom: milestone-based, scoped per project.
What if I just need a logo / blog post / one-off thing?
For branding alone we have a $1,500 Refresh and $4,500 Full Identity tier on the services page. For blog posts, landing page copy, or one-off content, we bill at $250+ per piece.
What happens after the support period ends?
You're on your own, or you subscribe to a Care Plan. No contracts, no auto-renewal traps — cancel anytime.
